- Check for injuries — call 911 immediately
- Move to safety — get out of traffic if possible

- Call SAPD — 210-207-7273 non-emergency, 911 for injuries
- Document everything — photos of all vehicles, damage, position, road signs
- Exchange info — license, insurance, plates
- Do not move vehicle until police clear you
- Choose your tow company — you are not required to use the officer’s dispatch
